Keep the omelette aside to cool down. <br />- In a pan, heat some oil. Add garlic, green chillies, black pepper powder, spring onion & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Then add the rice and again mix well. <br />- Chop the omelette into small pieces and add them to the rice. Mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 mins. <br />- Egg Fried Rice is ready!
